Wow-it's July!

-what's happening in July...

Happy first Monday of the middle of the year! Happy 3rd quarter of the year. Happy 7th month of the year lol It's incredible how time FLIES when you're having fun! Hehe I hope you have made the best of this first half of 2023. If you have not- I declare a shift for the upcoming months for you. Feel it, know it, experience it!

I have been on the move. I'm halfway through my practitioner program, I have hosted and co-hosted Spiritual Healing events in the community throughout the year that only continue to grow. If you follow me on the gram, you know I have been given the opportunity to hold weekly classes!

The classes will be embodiment practices to reconnect to your body to allow you the space to release and anchor in what is destined for you.

The only way to fully know yourself is through the body. The body is the temple that holds not only your trauma, your ancestor's trauma, or the collective's trauma but it is the temple that also holds the cosmic consciousness the God consciousness the all-knowing- and we get to tap into that at any given moment. And it's through the physical body that we get to explore this beautiful human experience.

My goal for these coming months is not only to provide a safe space to tap in but to build a community of healing women and mothers to offer support, offer love, and offer compassion in this busy-filled world. It is through experiencing our own inner peace that we have the opportunity to offer peace to others.

My co-authored book is also one step closer to being published, it will also be available through audio so we're now in the recording stages (woo-hoo) I used to hate listening to my voice on audio but through my healing journey, I've recognized how beautiful and soothing it is. :)

I've also updated my website a bit- when you have time check it out it's beautiful ;)

I want to express gratitude from literally the deepest part of my heart for the way you choose to see me. Not everyone can see me the way you do and that's perfect. All in all- I'm still their teacher and mirror. Knowing we only see what we have within and so the flaws that people can pick you apart on, is something that they have as well and it's just a mirror for them. My professor says "You spot it, you got it." So keep that in mind when you want to look at someone sideways, ask yourself what is that mirroring back to you.
