Self-Love is defined as regard for one's own overall well-being and happiness.

Know that you are responsible for taking care of your energy, and nurturing yourself back into alignment with grace.
Releasing your self-judgment and coming into full forgiveness;
Forgiving your past.
Seeing your "mistakes" as opportunities to do things differently.
You get to see all past versions of you and hold each one of them with such tender love and support, healing your wounded inner child.
*Close your eyes and go into a space and time where you were hurt and imagine standing by your younger self holding her and sharing your beautiful white light with her. Let her know you are holding her and she is safe.
Now imagine merging with your younger self...
Now your current self...
and at last, your highest self...
and know that there is no such thing as space-time and separation, you are all of them.
From this moment on do everything in your power to take care of your mind, energy, light, and body. Release the pain and the energy that has blocked you from fully accepting yourself and come into full merging with your highest self, knowing she has always been there by your side holding you even when you felt alone. The merge happens when you accept all parts of yourself, the good the bad the ugly; you get to hold all versions of yourself within you with love. The merge is the greatest and most important step toward true unconditional self-love <3
